However, project schedules may be affected by weather, material availability, permitting, inspections, property conditions, unforeseen construction issues, labor availability, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Any estimated completion date is therefore an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in a written agreement.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their property and project requirements.

Customers should also:

Provide reasonable access to the property when required.
Ensure that WeRoof personnel and contractors can safely access the work area.
Notify WeRoof of known property conditions that may affect the project.
Secure or remove valuable, fragile, or sensitive items located near work areas when appropriate.
Obtain any permissions that are specifically assigned to the customer under the applicable project agreement.

Failure to provide appropriate access or information may affect project scheduling or costs.

9. Property Conditions and Unforeseen Issues

Roofing and exterior projects may reveal conditions that cannot reasonably be identified before work begins. These may include hidden structural damage, moisture intrusion, deteriorated decking, damaged flashing, improper previous installations, code-related issues, or other concealed conditions.

If unforeseen conditions are discovered, WeRoof may notify the customer and recommend additional work where necessary. Any additional work or associated costs will be handled according to the applicable project agreement and applicable law.

10. Third-Party Materials and Manufacturers

WeRoof may use roofing, siding, gutter, and other building products manufactured by third parties.

Manufacturer warranties, when applicable, are provided by the respective manufacturer and are subject to that manufacturer's terms, conditions, limitations, and registration requirements.

WeRoof does not modify or independently guarantee manufacturer warranties unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

11. Warranties

Any workmanship or product warranties offered by WeRoof will be governed by the terms provided in the applicable project documentation.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any warranty, consumer protection, or other right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property
